The prizes includes: daily rent of the room, the continental breakfast, cleaning and the bed and bath-linen. The breakfast is optional. The change of the bed and bath-linen and the cleaning of the appartment are made every seven days. The room is available from 5.00 pm of the days of the arrive to 10.00 am of the day of departure. For different time it is necessary to reach previous agreement. To book is sufficient to send an E-MAIL in wich is specificated the kind os flat you need, the exact duration of the stay and the number of the people. In the following 24 hours you'll receive on E-MAIL by us with the confirm of the availability of the flat and the conditions of book. Then you've 24 hours to confirm the book with another E-MAIL or fax, enclosing receipt of payment of 30% of the total amount you have to pay. Now the book is confirmed and you'll receive a further written confirm by us with other informations useful for your stay. The settlement of the amount and the deposit have to pay cash when you arrive.
